Overview
In collaboration with Barclays Eagle Labs, the Barclays Black Founder Accelerator is now accepting applications for its 2026 cohort. This 12-week programme is designed to help Black founders unlock growth potential through expert mentorship, investor access, and hands-on strategy development.
Participants will engage in intensive workshops, 1:1 coaching, and networking with industry leaders to refine business models, strengthen investor readiness, and scale effectively. With only 25 spots available, this highly competitive accelerator supports founders ready to take their ventures to the next level.
Eligibility
- Black founders or startup leaders
- Businesses at a growth or scaling stage
- Ability to commit to a 12-week accelerator (May–August 2026)
- Willingness to participate in virtual and in-person sessions
- Must complete application via Barclays Eagle Labs platform
