Overview
The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation, in partnership with the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, invites applications for the 2026 AIG Public Leaders Programme (AIG PLP).
This prestigious executive education programme is designed to strengthen the leadership, policy, and management capabilities of senior public sector leaders across Africa. Participants will gain world-class training to drive public sector reform, improve service delivery, and lead institutional transformation.
Eligibility
- Must be a public sector leader working in Africa
- Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in government or public service
- Currently serving in a senior leadership or management role
- Demonstrated commitment to public sector reform and impact
- Strong academic and professional background
- Proficiency in English
